Our
menu has been transformed into an "encylopedia"
of locally-sourced foods. We are active members
of the Farm to Chef Cooperative - a delivery service
that allows us to "call the farm" and
have the products of several delivered at the
same time. Since this innovative sourcing was
established, Along with Chef Justyna's regular
trips to the Greenmarket, we have increased our
local suppliers four-fold and now have a virtually
100% local menu.
What
does this mean to you?
It
means that our menu is guaranteed fresh and healthy
and our "carbon footprint" is as small
as it can be. But what it really means is that
you should come in some night very soon with your
friends and taste one of the most innovative and
delicious menus in the city. We still offer our
delicious array of nibblies - small plates and
anytime appetizers. But dinner is definitely on
the table with Justyna's creative and inspired
main courses and desserts.
